If you’re researching NEIWAI, the Barely Zero bra, or trying to figure out NEIWAI sizing, you’re in the right place. After wearing NEIWAI for 4+ years—and reviewing almost every bra, pajama, and loungewear they’ve released—I finally put all of my reviews, try-ons, and comparisons into one place.
Why trust this review? I actually started as a customer. Back in June 2021, a follower recommended the Barely Zero Bra and I thought, “Okay, I’m desperate. I’ll try it.” That purchase genuinely changed my life. I immediately told everyone I knew about the comfiest bra I’d ever worn and kept tagging @neiwaiofficial in hopes they’d notice me. Why I Love the Barely Zero Bra SO Much..
NEIWAI Barely Zero Bra Comparisons (Fit, Sizing, Comfort + What’s Changed)
If you’re trying to figure out which Barely Zero bra is right for you (let’s be honest, they have so many options and it can get confusing 😂), here’s my breakdown based on years of wearing them, plus input from my family and friends (we range from 34AA to 34/36DD).
The good news? They’re all super comfy, so you can’t really go wrong. The differences are small, but knowing them can help you pick the best fit for your body and style.

Note: Some of the product names have changed / been discontinued since I filmed the video (2023).
Sizing: One size (32AA–40B)
Cups: Removable
Best for: Maximum stretch
This is the bra that started my NEIWAI journey! It’s soft, stretchy, and SUPER comfortable — the most flexible of all the Barely Zero styles because it’s one size.
Why you’ll love it:
Stretches to fit a wide range of body types (it’s so wild that my cousin, friends, and I all wear the same size!)
Great for everyday comfort and easy movement
Things to know:
Removable cups can shift or come out in the laundry. It only takes a minute to put them back, but it can be annoying 🥲

Sizing: XS–S, M–L, XL–XXL
Cups: Fixed
This is one of my favorites. It’s seamless, comfy, low enough for v-necks, and the fixed cups stay in place. I personally find it fits me well since the smaller size range gives a more tailored feel compared to one-size styles.
Things to know:
Can feel snugger than the one-size bras if you don’t fall within the size ranges
XL-XXL is sold under a different name “extended sizes” (idk why they do this 😅)

Sizing: XS–S, M–L
Cups: Fixed
Back: Hook clasp
Best for: Structured fit + support
This style has a bit more structure because of the back clasp and fixed cups. I wear XS–S and find it comfortable, while my friend (34/36DD) says this style is her favorite because it feels supportive without being restrictive or uncomfortable.
Things to know:
Limited size range
Best if you prefer a more secure, traditional bra feel
Lowest neckline compared to the others here
Some people report it can roll up slightly at the bottom
If you’re similar in size to me (32–34AA), it doesn’t fit quite as well as other styles, but I still wear it often

Sizing: One size (32AA–40B)
Cups: Anchored
Best for: Comfort of one-size + more stable cups
This is the bra I’ve been waiting for! It combines the comfort and stretch of the original Spaghetti Strap with anchored cups that stay in place better. I still find the pads may shift slightly in the wash, but they’re quick to adjust.
Things to know:
My friend (34/36 DD) said it feels lightly snugger than the original one-size Spaghetti Strap
Pads may still shift or fold slightly in the wash, but are easy to reposition

Sizing: XS–S, M–L
Cups: Built-in, Fixed
If you love the comfort of the Barely Zero bras but want something with a little more coverage, the camisole is such a good option. It has built-in support, feels smooth, and is seamless under clothes.
Why I love it:
Can get the tank look without needing to wear a bra!
Looks clean under clothes or with cardigan
Might be an airport outfit staple for me (this + hoodie)
Things to know:
Not sweat-absorbent (like the bras), so not technically made for workouts, but I personally still wear it to exercise since I don’t sweat a ton
There’s a small logo at the bottom corner, so keep that in mind if you want to wear it as a standalone tank
